Susan McLaughlin-Beltz, MA, PhD, CCTP


Susan McLaughlin-Beltz, MA, PhD, CCTP is the President of the Neurodevelopmental Institute of NH and serves as the neuropsychologist for NINH and THRIVE. She graduated from Boston University School of Medicine with a doctorate degree in Behavioral Neuroscience, including specializations in Behavioral Teratology, Psychopharmacology, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Neuropsychological Assessment, and Lead Poisoning. Her pre- and post-doctoral internships, included participating as a member of the Autism Diagnostic Clinic and the Pediatric AIDS team. Dr. McLaughlin-Beltz holds certifications in EEG Biofeedback, Critical Incident Stress Management, Sensory Integration and Praxis Testing, Special Education, NAPPI, Fast ForWord, IMPACT, SAFE studies, and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.


Sarah Papamichael, MS Business Development Director

Sarah Papamichael, MS is the Business Development Director at The Neurodevelopmental Institute of NH. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Throughout her college and professional career, Sarah has helped create new projects for services in need. She particularly enjoys global community work including co-coordinating and attending yearly trips to Rwanda, Africa. Sarah holds certificates in SAFE studies and CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor training.


Jennifer Nielsen, Ph.D, LICSW, CCTP

Clinical Director

Jennifer Nielsen, PhD, LICSW a licensed psychotherapist serving as clinical director for NINH at both the Manchester and Berlin offices. She graduated from Pacifica Graduate Institute with a doctorate degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology (2007) and has been licensed as a clinical social worker since 2005. Her background includes private practice, supervision for licensure candidates and working with individuals in both residential and outpatient settings with clinical emphasis in complex developmental trauma. Dr. Nielsen has also taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of clinical social work and psychology.

Sandra Fay is the Finance Director at the Neurodevelopmental Institute of NH. She graduated from SNHU, formerly New Hampshire College with her AS in Accounting. She is currently attending Granite State College to obtain her BS in Psychology. She has worked in the private and public sector for many years in the accounting profession. She is CPR and First Aid certified.

Peter J McGinnis Vice President

Peter J. McGinnis, is the Vice President Director of Compliance and Building Maintenance at the Neurodevelopmental Institute of NH. Peter graduated from Trinity High School in Manchester, NH and has attended some college. His work experience has included advertising, sales, restaurant service, and manufacturing pharmaceuticals. Peter has been a Certified Pharmacy Technician for approximately 22 years. In addition to his NINH duties, Peter also works professionally as a photographer and voice actor. Peter relies on his vast experience to fulfill his duties within NINH, primarily dealing with the regulatory agencies, as well as city and state officials that oversee the licensing of NINH’s various business ventures.

Carly Snodgrass, MS

ISO Program Coordinator

Carly Snodgrass, MS is the ISO Program Coordinator for the Neurodevelopmental Institute of NH and provides Mental Health Therapy/Clinician services in the outpatient clinic and within the ISO program in HBT, ISO and FAST Forward cases. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a master’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology. Carly is SAFE Home Study and CPR Certified, and enjoys working with individuals of all ages.
