NINH is a certified ISO (Individual Service Options) provider for all district offices in New Hampshire. These include Berlin, Claremont, Concord, Conway, Keene, Laconia, Littleton, Manchester, Rochester, Seacoast and Southern (formerly Nashua).

ISO Services are designed to help children and families in need of support with mental, behavioral, physical and emotional obstacles. The ISO services combine a variety of resources and expertise. The services are home and community based with a goal to provide support for families and connect them with all resources available. After receiving a referral, a therapist and case manager will be assigned to the family and will conduct a thorough psychosocial assessment. A treatment plan will be created that will include goals and objectives outlined with the family that are reasonable and measurable. The treatment plan is then reviewed and agreed upon with the family members to ensure that everyone is on the same page. The ISO services are very collaborative, and allow the family   to express their needs to all of the providers involved.
